For God So Loved the World

For God so loved the world,

He gave His only Son,

To die on Calvary's tree,

From sin to set me free.

Someday He's coming back,

What glory that will be,

Wonderful His love to me.

The love of God is great,

How measureless and strong!

We hail from diff'rent lands,

But one we came to be.

Give thanks always to God,

For we are one brethren!

Wonderful His grace to me.

And God makes grace abound,

For glory of the Lord.

He gave His only Son,

And made us his children.

We call upon His name,

Eternal Prince of Peace!

Wonderful His name is He.
